HomepageResearch and Resources NUS Innovation and Venture Creation (IVC) Awards NUS Innovation and Venture Creation Awards NUS Innovation and Venture Creation (IVC) Awards To recognise and support commercialisation of cutting-edge research by NUS faculty and researchers into globally impactful solutions, the NUS Innovation and Venture Creation (IVC) Awards was launched with Mr Heng Swee Keat, Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for Economic Policies, at the NUS Deep Tech Venture Showcase event on 18 March 2024. The NUS IVC Awards has three award categories: President’s Venture Creation Chair Professor, Provost’s Innovation Chair Professor and Innovation Fellow Award. President’s Venture Creation Chair Professor Award Provost’s Innovation Chair Professor Award Innovation Fellow Award President’s Venture Creation Chair Professor Award The President’s Venture Creation Chair Professor is awarded to full-time faculty with a strong track record in research translation (Associate Professor and above). Provost’s Innovation Chair Professor Award The Provost’s Innovation Chair Professor is awarded to full-time faculty with some track record for research translation (Assistant Professor and above).
