As Senior Vice President of Innovation and Enterprise, Dr Tan leads NUS Enterprise, the entrepreneurial arm of NUS, in advancing the university’s position as a global leader in innovation and enterprise. By fostering a dynamic ecosystem built on entrepreneurial education, ecosystem development, and technology translation, he focuses on bridging research, education, and commercialisation to drive impactful outcomes. Under his leadership, NUS Enterprise spearheads initiatives such as the NUS Overseas Colleges, BLOCK71, and National GRIP, which empower start-ups, scale ventures, and transform innovative ideas into real-world solutions. With a commitment to evolving and expanding these efforts, Dr Tan is dedicated to positioning NUS as a global hub for innovation, delivering meaningful contributions that address pressing challenges and create a lasting impact.

Associate Professor Benjamin Tee is responsible for the strategic development and growth of the innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystem at NUS Enterprise. He drives major global initiatives such as NUS Overseas Colleges (NOC), BLOCK71, and the NUS Graduate Research Innovation Programme (NUS GRIP). Through these initiatives, he plays a pivotal role in building a vibrant technology and deep tech ecosystem that connects academia, industry, and government to promote innovation and entrepreneurship at a global scale.

As the Director of Technology Transfer and Innovation (TTI) at NUS Enterprise, Dr Koh works with the extended research community to develop practice-changing innovations. Her key areas of focus are to grow the value of the NUS IP portfolio and to develop entrepreneurial talent for Singapore and beyond.
