Luan is the brainchild behind Kerbside Gourmet, Asia's first social enterprise gourmet food truck. It operates on a BAMGAM (Buy a meal, give a meal) business model, and reaches out to needy families on a quarterly basis. Prior to running the food truck, Luan was an experienced communications practitioner, and was working with top-notch public relations consultancies for 20 years.
Timothy Han, Palm Beach Seafood
Timothy is the Director of business development at Palm Beach Seafood Restaurant. The Palm Beach group has multiple concepts within Singapore and overseas and local partnerships. He has been working in the company for about 12 years. His current portfolio involves the planning and execution of internal efficiency projects and launching of new or existing concepts within the group.
