NUS Enterprise manages over 40,000 square feet of hotdesking and incubation facilities in Singapore. We have on-campus facilities at The Hangar at iCube, and off campus facilities at Blk71 Ayer Rajah Crescent. Abroad, we also have facilities in San Francisco and Suzhou.
Here are some details of the hotdesking and incubation facilities we have available in Singapore:
If your start-up team is relatively small (1-2 persons) or at the idea validation stage, you may want to consider hotdesking – a desk space with power points and complimentary wireless internet access – to jumpstart your journey.
There are two modes of usage available at both The Hangar at iCube and Blk71.
Sharing Desk – Suitable for entrepreneurs who come in 3 times a week of less
Regular Desk – Suitable for entrepreneurs who come in more than 3 times a week

For start-ups looking for incubation infrastructure to kick off their initial phase of business, we offer them at both The Hangar and Blk71. As the home base for start-ups on the NUS campus, The Hangar has a range of hotdesking and incubation facilities for up to teams of 10 persons. NUS Enterprise manages a number of units at Blk71 to house start-ups at various stages of growth. Each room or cluster can accommodate from 2-3 persons to more than 10 persons.
